Your new role
We are now looking for a training coordinator for a parental leave position at a leading industrial company in Finspång.
As a training coordinator, you will be responsible for both long-term and short-term planning as well as scheduling of training sessions. You will be the hub between internal subject matter experts, external training providers, and participants, ensuring that the training sessions are conducted with high quality, appropriate content, and efficient resource utilization.
The role is both operational and development-oriented – you will work systematically with administration while also driving improvements in working methods, processes, and collaboration.
Your main responsibilities
Plan and schedule training sessions with a focus on quality, efficiency, and resource optimization
Coordinate and maintain ongoing dialogue with external training providers and internal trainers
Book trainers, obtain quotes, and ensure arrangements, times, and execution
Ensure that venues, technology, materials, and refreshments are in place before training sessions
Manage participant administration such as invitations, bookings, participant lists, and attendance tracking
Administer training documentation and follow up on quality through evaluations and improvement measures
Contribute to and drive continuous improvements in training planning and supplier collaboration

To be successful in this role, you needPost-secondary education in pedagogy, HR, administration, or a similar field.
Documented experience in planning/scheduling training sessions.
Familiarity with supplier contacts and collaboration with internal trainers/teachers.
Strong organizational and administrative skills as well as good communication skills.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious: Knowledge of SAP, planning tools, and digital training platforms/LMS.
